Abstract:

The Roads Authority of Namibia (RA) appointed Element Consulting Engineers to perform the emergency consulting services for detailed design and tender documentation, evaluation and supervision for the rehabilitation of several streets on the Otjiwarongo Municipal area in the Otjiwarongo Maintenance Region. Enviro Management Consultants Namibia (EMCN) is appointed to undertake the Environmental Assessment relating to the proposed project. The project is planned to be execute in phases and not necessarily all roads will be upgraded within the next three years, but the Environmental Clearance Certificate application is done for this period.
