The Roads Authority of Namibia appointed Element Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd, to perform consultancy services for the detail design, tender documentation, contract administration and site supervision for the detail design for rehabilitation of TR1/3 Section B and C and upgrading to Low Volume Seal of MR98 (Tses – Berseba) //Karas and Hardap Regions. Enviro Management Consultants Namibia was then appointed to conduct a site visit, facilitate the Public Participation Process and identify and assess the environmental impacts this proposed project will have on the socio-economic and bio-physical environment. Furthermore, to compile an Environmental Management Plan to avoid or mitigate any negative environmental impacts and enhance the positive impacts associated with this project.
