Abstract:
Ms. Katrina Lugodhi Elifas intends on obtaining an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC), to construct and operate a 40 Megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic (pv) power plant, to produce electricity for the consumption of the immediate and adjacent communities. The project will be based in the Liselo Village, situated approximately 10 km north west of Katima Mulilo, Zambezi Region, on an allocated piece of land measuring approximately 151 hectares (ha).
