Executive Summary: The acquisition of an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) license is mandated under section 27 of the Environmental Management Act (EMA) of 2007. This requirement applies to all relevant projects. An EIA project report was prepared by NEMA-registered experts at the request of the proponent to assess the environmental impacts of a proposed agricultural technologies business on farm Henties Bay Townland No. 133 in Erongo Region.
