The rezoning of land zoned residential to business is a listed activity; therefore, it is necessary to apply for Environmental Clearance for the rezoning of Erven 14, 15, 16, and 17 from Residential to General Business, as there is a need to establish a retail business with possible flats on the consolidated site.

The ECC is for the rezoning of Erf 1423 from Single Residential to General Business. The proposed "General Business" zoning will permit a wide range of office and business land uses as primary right. In the long term, the existing buildings will be re-developed into an office/business building. This is an application for a new Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) This NEW APPLICATION for Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) is submitted to support and guide the proposed exploration activities for Base and Rare Metals, Dimension Stones, Industrial Minerals and Precious Metals on EPL 8786 in the Witvlei area, Omaheke Region – Namibia. The concerned license area partly falls on government land (covering about 4 to 5 communal/ resettlement farms) and private farm land (covering about 8 private farms).

The ECC is for the operational continuity of the existing Walvis Bay dimension stone processing facility located on state land within Farm No. 38 in the Walvis Bay Rural Constituency, Erongo Region - Namibia.

The Renewal and Transfer of the ECC for the resuming and continued mining operations on Mining Claim No. 68793 north of Omatjete. There has been mining activities on the MC after the ECC was issued in 2015, because they were paused for some years to move material at site. An ECC renewal application is being launched to permit the continuation of operations of the existing and operational Dimension Stone Processing Facility in Karibib, as well as the associated reclamation/ rehabilitation of an existing abandoned borrow pit within the Karibib Townlands.
