Harmonic Town Planning Consultants 2025. 250508005785: The renewal and amendment for the proposed Township Establishment on Erf 3302, Kaisosi Extension 10, Rundu, Kavango East Region. Township to be known as Kaisosi Extension 14.

Following a review by the Ministry of Urban and Regional Planning Board, it was observed that the current Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for Kaisosi Extension 10 does not accurately reflect the nature of the submitted application. During the Board's deliberations, concerns were raised regarding whether the current ECC pertains specifically to the provision of municipal services for Extension 10 or whether it comprehensively covers the township establishment process as intended.

The amendment is required to realign and formalise the Jason Hamutenya Ndadi Street. The construction of the township is already completed. Unfortunately, a number of cadastral boundary changes are required to reflect the conditions on the ground.
