Following a review by the Ministry of Urban and Regional Planning Board, it was observed that the current Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for Kaisosi Extension 10 does not accurately reflect the nature of the submitted application. During the Board's deliberations, concerns were raised regarding whether the current ECC pertains specifically to the provision of municipal services for Extension 10 or whether it comprehensively covers the township establishment process as intended.

This document aims to provide you, as an Interested and/or Affected Party (I&AP), with background information regarding the application for Environmental Clearance Certificate for the proposed 100 MW solar power plant in //Karas Region. (Refer to Section 9: Locality Map), and Section 6 on the required environmental studies to be undertaken.
Kunene Grapes and Citrus Et Al (Proprietary) Limited seeks to become active at planting and harvesting agricultural fruits such as grapes, citrus and avocado plantation in the northern western part of Namibia. Kunene Grapes and Citrus Et Al (Proprietary) Limited has applied for about 670 hectares of land in Otjomaungu village in the Epupa Constituency. The allocated land is granted for grape projects. Kunene Grapes and Citrus Et Al (Proprietary) Limited is a wholly owned Namibian company planting and harvesting grapes, citrus and avocados in the North Western part of Namibia.
Feasibility Study for the implementation of the Flexible Land Tenure System (FLTS) in Outapi Town of the Omusati Region, Namibia (the proposed project). The Feasibility Study also includes the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Study and development of an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for the proposed project and to apply for an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC).
