Abstract:
The ECC is necessary to Subdivide and Close a portion of a Public Open Space and rezone the portion to Parastatal, in order to create a separate Erf for an Existing Electrical Substation. The newly created portion or Erf will then be transferred to Erongo Regional Electricity Distribution Company (Pty)Ltd.
