The Oshikuku Town Council, hereinafter referred to as the proponent intends to undertake the following activities: Subdivision of Remainder Erf RE208, Oshikuku Proper into Erf A, B, C, D and Remainder; Permanent Closure of Erf A, B, C and D of erf RE208, Oshikuku Proper as a "Public Open Space"; Rezoning of Erf A/ RE208 from "Public Open Space" to "Local Authority"; Reservation of Erf A/ RE208 for "Local Authority" purposes; Rezoning of Erf B/ RE208 from "Public Open Space" to "Business" with a bulk of 3.0; Rezoning of Erf C/ RE208 from "Public Open Space" to "Institutional"; Rezoning of Erf D/ RE208 from "Public Open Space" to "Street"; Reservation of Erf D/ RE208 as "Street".
