Pronego Properties cc is granted authority by the Oniipa Town Council to subdivide Erf 253, Onethindi Extension 1 and establish a new township of ± 120 erven on Portion A/253. Erf 253 is located eastern side along the Ondangwa-Omuthiya Main road. The site is already occupied by existing development consisting of residential and business properties.
