The existing Omaruru dumpsite does not meet the Solid Waste Management standards and MET landfill siting Guidelines, thus pose serious environmental risks. The Proponent intends to subdivide Erf 980, Keetmanshoop into Erf A and the Remainder and to subdivide Erf 2459 into Erf B and the Remainder.
