The proponent intends to establish a lodge development on Liadura Islands in the Nkasa Rupara National Park in the Zambezi Region. Liadura Island is situated at Sangwali in the Judea Lyamboloma Constituency. The Liadura Islands are situated between the Nkasa and Rupara Islands in the Nkasa Rupara National Park, which presents an exceptional and pristine natural environment. Tsumeb municipality intends to decommission its current dumpsite situated near Kuvukiland informal settlement on portion 39 of farm Tsumeb measuring approximately 17 Hectare. In terms of the Environmental Regulations, this type of activity forms part of the listed activities and an Environmental Clearance Certificate application must be submitted in order to comply with the EMA requirements.
