The proponent intends to establish a lodge development on Liadura Islands in the Nkasa Rupara National Park in the Zambezi Region. Liadura Island is situated at Sangwali in the Judea Lyamboloma Constituency. The Liadura Islands are situated between the Nkasa and Rupara Islands in the Nkasa Rupara National Park, which presents an exceptional and pristine natural environment. These Islands are characterised by their seclusion and expansive landscapes, which remain accessible even during the rainy season with the construction of wooden bridges.

10.1 The construction of: (j) masts of any material or type and of any height, including those used for telecommunication broadcasting and radio transmission, but excluding - (i) flag poles, and (ii) lightening conductor poles. TotalEnergies EP Namibia B.V. ("TEEPNA") is applying to renew its ECC to continue with the previously assessed and approved activities, including appraisal well drilling in Block 2913B. TEEPNA and its partners hold an Exploration Right over Block 2913B.
Tsumeb municipality intends to decommission its current dumpsite situated near Kuvukiland informal settlement on portion 39 of farm Tsumeb measuring approximately 17 Hectare. In terms of the Environmental Regulations, this type of activity forms part of the listed activities and an Environmental Clearance Certificate application must be submitted in order to comply with the EMA requirements.
Tsumeb municipality intends to operate and manage a new landfill site in Tsumeb. in line with the Environmental regulations (EMA), an assessment was undertaken and an application for Environmental Clearance Certificate must be submitted for consideration. The proposed site measures about 18 hectare of land and is situated a portion 79 of Tsumeb farmland.
The proposed amendments to the ECC (16 May 2018) and specifically to the Project Description in the EIA Report (SLR, 2017) covers the following items: Geographical Area; Number of Exploration Wells; Timing; and ECC Validity Period.
