Environmental Clearance Certificate Application for the proposed exploration activities on EPL 6072, overlapping the Hardap and Khomas regions, Namibia. The following listed activities are triggered by the Project: MINING AND QUARRYING ACTIVITIES: The construction of facilities for any process or activities which requires a license, right or other form of authorisation, and the renewal of a license, right or other form of authorisation in terms of the minerals (Prospecting and Mining) Act, 1992.
To renew and amend ECC00715.
To renew and amend ECC's 00716 and 00896.
Seaflower Whitefish Corporation LTD was previously issued with an Environmental Clearance Certificate which expired in September 2022. As a result, the ECC needs to be renewed, hence the undertaking of this exercise to audit and update the Environmental Management Plant and renew the ECC.
