2025. 241030004876: Application for Environmnetal Clearance Certificate for the Olushandja Water Treatment Plant upgrade and extension project.The proposed upgrade and extension of the Olushandja Water Treatment Works in Omusati Region. Namwater has an existing water treatment plant at Olushandja which has aged and is approaching its lifespan. It is against this background that Namwater would like to upgrade and extend the existing plant to meet the demand for Ruacan, Onesi, Tsandi and Etunda for the next seventeen years. The new plant will be built on the existing site that belongs to Namwater at Olushandja.
