The Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) is for the upgrading and renovations of the fuel station for the Fleet Management Division - City of Windhoek within the Southern Industrial area, Windhoek. The need and desirability for this environmental exercise arose given the proponent currently does not have a valid ECC and the fuel facility was constructed before the EIA Regulations were promulgated.
The Environmental Clearance Certificate is for the rezoning of Erf R/8161 from Government to Industrial. Erf R/8161 is located within the southern industrial area of Windhoek.
The Environmental Clearance Certificate is for the establishment and operation for the Bulk Fuel Storage Facility at the Eros Airport in Windhoek. The main objective for the project is to provide and disperse aviation fuel to the aircraft operators at the airport.

In order to ensure due diligence and compliance with the Environmental Management Act 07 of 2007 and its Regulations of February 2012, Tsandi Village Council wishes to renew the ECC for the ongoing operations of the Landfill site.
This application serves only for the renewal of the Environmental Clearance Certificate for the existing and operations of Kayova River Lodge that was initially issued to the client. The initial Environmental Clearance Certificate for the above mentioned project has expired and the proponent currently intends to continue with the operations of the Lodge. An updated and amended Operational Environmental Management Plan (OEMP) will be uploaded to the system.
This is a renewal application for a current ECC which expires in August 2021. The ECC is for Rössing Uranium Limited to continue mining uranium in the specified area.

RoshSkor Township (Pty) Ltd (proponent) is of the intention to acquire an Environmental Clearance Certificate for the operation of the existing Sewer Plant. The need to seek for the ECC arose given that the Sewer Plant was constructed and also upgraded during the time that the Environmental Management Act and its regulations was not promulgated.

The Environmental Clearance Certificate is for the construction and operation of the WT Fuel Center (Truck Port) in Katima Mulilo. The site area is located on the premises of Roads Contractor Company (RCC) in Katima Mulilo. The site has previously been used by RCC to fill up their construction machinery and as a result, there is already an underground diesel tank. The tank has a capacity of 82000 Litres and the current proponent will make use of the same tank.
