This project was issued an environmental clearance certificate in 2017, however due to financial constraints the project could not start. To date, funding was secured and the facility is currently under construction. The proponent intends on renewing the ECC in order to comply with EMA Act no7 of 2007 and its regulations of 2012.
This project issued with an ECC in 2018, and its due for renewal. The project has commenced, and it is yet uncompleted. The Proponent is hereby applying for the renewal of the ECC as per the EMA Act no. 7 of 2007.
