Ludi Namibia Mining and Investments (Pty) Ltd, herein referred to as the Proponent, holds mineral rights under Mining License (ML) No. 205, located in the Karibib District, Erongo Region. The ML was issued on March 19, 2019, and remains valid until March 18, 2029, encompassing a total area of 502.796 hectares. The current delineated marble resources within the license area amount to 32 million cubic meters and ongoing and planned exploration activities are projected to increase this resource fourfold.

Environmental Impact Assessment and compilation of an Environmental Management Plan for the construction, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of the proposed Ondangwa to Omutsegwonime Phase 1 to 3 pipeline replacement. Oshana and Oshikoto Region. The proposed pipeline replacement will be constructed according to 3 phases: Phase 1: Ondangwa to Oshali (23 km) Phase 2: Oshali to Okatope (26.2 km) Phase 3: Okatope to Omuthiya (41 km).
Construction, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of the Omdel - Wlotzkasbaken pipeline replacement and pump station, Erongo Region. The proposed development has the following components: Pipeline replacement for Section 1 and 3 New pump station at Omdel Collector Reservoir. Salvation of the decommissioned DCI pipes in Section 4.
