Karlowa Mining Enterprise intends to establish explore mining activities for potential presence of base and rare metals and industrial minerals (Tin (Sn), Tantalum (Ta), Lithium (Li) and Niobium (Nd)) at the specified mining claims.
The proposed development of the Otjimbingwe Service Station. The project entails the construction of a standard service station with 4 dispensing pumps (petrol and diesel) with 3 double walled Underground Storage Tanks of 45 cubic meters. The service station will also have a canopy covered forecourt, ablutions, tyre fitment and oil changing facilities, convenience store and street upgrading in order to provide safe access to the proposed service station.

The envisioned project entails the construction of a fuel/service station with four dispensing pumps (petrol and diesel) with 3 double walled Underground Storage Tanks of 45 cubic metres.
The proposed development of the Onankali Service Station is planned for a parcel of land situated on GPS Position: 18°11'16.3"S 16°22'43.2"E. The envisioned project entails the construction of a standard service station with three dispensing pumps (petrol and diesel) with 3 double walled Underground Storage Tanks of 45 cubic metres with 5 compartments, a canopy covered forecourt, ablutions, tyre fitment & spares centre, convenience store and street upgrading in order to provide safe access to the proposed service station.
