The purpose of this application of the Environmental Clearance certificate for rezoning Atta Rental Portion 503 from residential area to restricted business of bulk 0.4. Such application includes the following activities 1. Re-zoning from residential to restricted business (Bulk 0.4) a) Mechanical work and handling of heavy and light vehicles. b) Charcoal storage & packaging c) Hydraulic engineering workshop 2. Construction of new access road (800m) 3. Refurbishment of septic tanks 4. Operation of workshop facility.
