The proposed development of the Otjimbingwe Service Station. The project entails the construction of a standard service station with 4 dispensing pumps (petrol and diesel) with 3 double walled Underground Storage Tanks of 45 cubic meters. The service station will also have a canopy covered forecourt, ablutions, tyre fitment and oil changing facilities, convenience store and street upgrading in order to provide safe access to the proposed service station.

The Renewal of the Environmental Clearance Certificate is for: Continuation of the Solar Power Plant operation project on ML 142, for which an Environmental Clearance was obtained during September 2017 (see attached Appendix B to the cover letter), which requires authorisation in terms of the Environmental Management Act, 2007 (Act 7 of 2007) i.e. Energy Generation, Transmission and Storage activities.
