For the upgrading of an earth track already proclaimed as DR3417, from Andara Village to Shamaturu Village's clinic, via Mangamba Village. This is a 15km long road with a 30 meters wide road reserve, therefore total project footprint will be less than 50 hectares.
The environment clearance certificate is required for the continued operation of the briquette processing facility. This certificate is obtained to ensure that the project remains compliant with environmental legislation and regulations. It demonstrates the facility's commitment to responsible and eco-friendly practices, ensuring that it aligns with environmental regulations and contributes to the overall sustainability goals.

The project involves the upgrading to bitumen standard of the existing gravel road; District Road 3616 stretching from Tsandi via Onesi ending at Epalela settlement where it junctions with the MR 92 (C46) road from Outapi to Ruacana in Omusati region in the Northern Namibia. The proponent, SA and B Global Resources (SA&B) intends to spearhead the establishment of the Namibia International Convention Centre in Windhoek. The proposed project will oversee the establishment different sub-projects as part of the development proposal.
