Ritta Khiba Town and Environmental Planning Consultants 2023. 221118000378: Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the proposed re-development of ERF 492 Divundu Extension 1 (From public open space to accommodate various business land uses) for Divundu Village Council, Kavango East Region, Namibia.

Divundu Village Council intends to do a redevelopment / rezoning of Erf 492, A public open space to a business erf. The Erf will be subdivided into five (5) Portions and the remainder to allow for the development of preferably a lodge, a private school, and various business.

Environmental Health and Safety Consultant 2020. APP-001060: The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the construction and operations of AK Plaza service station service station on Erf 3289, Mondesa, Swakopmund in Erongo Region.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Study is for the construction of a service station on Erf 3289, Mondesa, Swakopmund by Namaza Investments cc. AK Plaza service station is envisaged to be a standard service station, with three islands, three dispensing fuel pumps (petrol and diesel) from a storage of 2 double wall underground storage tanks of 45000 litres. The service station will be part of a larger development, the AK Plaza which is an average sized shopping complex with various service offerings including: a supermarket, doctor’s practice, a pharmacy, toilets and shops.
