Embwinda Fishing (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the proponent, has applied for a Wastewater (Effluent) Discharge License, hereinafter referred to as the activity, in terms of Section 72 (1) of the Water Resources Management Act (Act No. 11 of 2013) (Government Gazette No. 5367, 19 December 2013) through the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry (MAWF). The proponent is required to submit an environmental impact analysis in terms of the Section 72 (2) and (3) of the Water Resources Management Act, Act 11 of 2013.
