Renewal of ECC (a) The rezoning of land from residential use to commercial use; (also the rezoning of the entire portion to residential, commercial, "road", etc. (b) The construction of public roads (c) The route determination of roads and design of associated physical infrastructure where - it is a public road; (c)The construction of a bulk water supply line.
