Shanya Energy (Pty) Ltd (SE) (The Proponent) proposes to develop Warehousing and Storage Facilities for Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Support Services on a 5Ha reminder portion of land in the Walvis Bay Municipality, Erongo Region.
