Impala Consultancy 2025. 241217005081: Renewal of an Environmental Clearance Certificate for sand and aggregate mining operations in the Seeis River on the Remainder of Farm Excelsior No. 286, Windhoek, Khomas Region.
The proponent is currently mining sand and aggregate for industrial and construction purposes on farm Excelsior no. 286 and intends to continue with the mining operations. The proponent was granted an environmental clearance certificate in January 2022. Impala Consultancy 2024. 240513003599: Renewal of Environmental Clearance Certificate prospecting activities in respect to base and rare metals, industrial minerals, precious metals and precious stone on Exclusive Prospecting Licence (EPL) 5855, south-west of Ruacana in the Kunene Region.

Shiloam Mining and Investments (Pty) Ltd (herein referred to as the proponent), is a fully Namibian registered entity that ventures in minerals exploration and mining. The proponent had initially obtained (on 15 April 2020) an Environmental Clearance Certificate that lapsed on 15 April 2023, and due to delay in respect to renewing the EPL at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, could not effect to process of renewing the ECC.
