The proposed construction and operation of a new Omburu-Omaruru 44kV overhead line (OHL) re-route which will be approximately 10 km from Omburu NamPower Station to Omaruru Intake Station for approximately 10 km located within Omaruru townlands. Kunene Grapes and Citrus Et Al (Proprietary) Limited has applied for about 670 hectares of land in Otjomaungu village in the Epupa Constituency. The allocated land is granted for grape projects. Kunene Grapes and Citrus Et Al (Proprietary) Limited is a wholly owned Namibian company planting and harvesting grapes, citrus and avocados in the North Western part of Namibia.
