The Proponet Plans to conduct prospecting Exploration activities, leading to the estimation and delineation of the target resources.Prospecting and exploration form part of the listed activities under the Environmental Management Act (EMA) (2007) and the 2012 EIA 1. The construction of facilities for any process or activities which requires a license, right or other form of authorization (Propecting and Mining Act, 1992). 2. Mining or extraction of any natural resources, whether regulated by law or not. 3. Resource extraction, manupulation, conservation, and related activities.

Construction of a new 33 kV overhead power line to be constructed along the existing roads (C44 and D3304) from Maroelaboom to Mangetti Dune in Otjozondjupa Region. The new overhead powerline will cover a distance of 125km.
