Establishment and operation of a dumping site at Liselo area in Zambezi region.
ECC is required for the commencement of the construction and operation of the proposed Bitumen processing plant. There ECC was issued on 01 April 2016, however, it expired before any activity could commence. The proponent, therefore, wants a renewal of the initial issued ECC in order to commence with the project.
