Renewal of ECC 3058 Bannerman Mining Resources Namibia would like to apply for a renewal of the Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC - 3058) for the Proposed New Water Pipeline in accordance with the Environmental Management Regulations.

The project involves the upgrading to bitumen standard of the existing gravel road; District Road 3616 stretching from Tsandi via Onesi ending at Epalela settlement where it junctions with the MR 92 (C46) road from Outapi to Ruacana in Omusati region in the Northern Namibia. During the construction phase the following materials will be required: -Road construction materials from new and existing burrow pits. -Raw water abstraction from nearby water sources and other potential water sources will be determined.

The proponent, SA and B Global Resources (SA&B) intends to spearhead the establishment of the Namibia International Convention Centre in Windhoek. The proposed project will oversee the establishment different sub-projects as part of the development proposal. Phase 1 of the project entails: 1) Namibia International Convention Centre with a Wax Museum, Hall of Fame and Art Gallery; 2) 7- star hotel, and 4-star hotel 3) Shopping arcade. 4) ICT Hub 5) 5 Star Hotel.

This is a renewal application for the existing ECC for Bannerman's Etango Linear Infrastructure. The ECC will expire on 19 June 2022. Please find attached the Form 1. No changes have been done to the project, as Bannerman has not started to develop the infrastructure for the Etango Mine.

Construction of a water pipeline section from the base pump station near Swakopmund to the C28 T-turn off. The proposed pipeline will follow the existing Lange Heinrich and Swakop Uranium Mine water pipelines from the base pump station near Swakopmund to the C28 T-turn off. Water supply for the Project is assumed to come from NamWater in the form of desalinated water for the processing and domestic requirements. The same pipeline corridor that is used for the Langer Heinrich and Swakop Uranium Mines will be utilised, branching off from the C28 Road to the Etango Project site.
