This report presents results from a financial and economic evaluation of the Gondwana Collection operations, and compares returns from tourism enterprises to those of alternative agricultural land uses. This study builds on earlier work to estimate comparative land use returns for the Gondwana Canyon Park and freehold and communal stock-keeping undertaken in 2003.
