Abstract: Bwabwata National Park, commonly known as West Caprivi, is the narrow strip of land that lies between the Kavango and Kwando rivers, sandwiched between Angola and Botswana. Bwabwata is special because it is one of only two national parks in Namibia to have people living within its borders. About 80% of Bwabwata's 5,000 residents are Khwe, a San group, whilst the remaining 20% are Mbukushu.
