Abstract:

Shanya Energy (Pty) Ltd (SE) (The Proponent) proposes to develop Warehousing and Storage Facilities for Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Support Services on a 5Ha reminder portion of land in the Walvis Bay Municipality, Erongo Region. The envisioned site will serve as a versatile hub accommodating various functions, including storage, warehousing, marine services, logistics, customs clearance, tubular services, fabrication, engineering works, manpower supply, training, and development. Additionally, it will offer logistical support services for material and equipment management and storage, such as drilling tools, pipes, valves, chemicals and radioactive sources and safety equipment.
