Shiloam Mining and Investments (Pty) Ltd (herein referred to as the proponent), is a fully Namibian registered entity that ventures in minerals exploration and mining. The proponent had initially obtained (on 15 April 2020) an Environmental Clearance Certificate that lapsed on 15 April 2023, and due to delay in respect to renewing the EPL at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, could not effect to process of renewing the ECC. Having now received the renewal, Shiloam Mining and Investments (Pty) Ltd to renew the ECC and continue their exploration operations on their Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPL No. 6374) in the Kunene Region, in respect to Base and Rare Metals, Industrial Mineral, Precious Metals and Precious Stone. Principally, Shiloam Mining and Investments (Pty) Ltd proposes to explore (desktop geological study, collection of bulk and or geological samples and identification of previous activity in the area where similar mineral mining were conducted) and to obtain bulk-samples for further laboratory analysis by use of hand-held equipment and to small degree drilling.
