Abstract:
The ECC is necessary to proceed to both the Local Authority and the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development for fulfillment of the statutory procedures. Once these processes are completed and approved by the relevant authorities the transfer of the newly created property can me transferred to the name of the proponent.
