Abstract:

Application for ECC amendment. The proposed subdivision layout has changed in relation to the original application applied for. The reason for the change in subdivision is that the Kapps Farm Zoning Scheme mandates a minimum portion size of 10 hectares for agricultural land used for the purposes of dwelling units. Farm Neudamm No. 63 has only approved a 15 meter Right of Way Servitude.
