Title of Activity: Renewal of the Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the mineral exploration activities for Base and Rare metals, Industrial minerals, Nuclear Fuel Minerals and Precious Metals commodities within EPL-3400. Nature of Activity: The minerals exploration activities in general including, mapping, sampling, geophysical surveys, drilling, pitting and trenching and bulk sampling within EPL3400. The provision of the listed activities are as follows: MINING AND QUARRYING ACTIVITIES: The construction of facilities for any process or activities which requires a license, right, or other forms of authorization, and the renewal of a license, right, or any other form of authorization in terms of Minerals (Prospecting and Mining Act), 1992. Resource extraction, manipulation, conservation, and related activities. Other forms of mining or extraction of natural resources whether regulated by law or not.
