Abstract:

Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) to be granted the Exclusive Prospecting License (EPLs) No. 8531 and 8115 on 01 September, 2021 and 18 March, 2020, respectively. However, the approval and granting of the EPLs is subject to an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC), thus the "pending ECC" status of the EPLs.
