PowerCom (Pty) Ltd (The Proponent) proposes to erect and operate a 30 m Freestanding Lattice (network) tower west of Windhoek at the Daan Viljoen Park. Telecommunication towers and related infrastructure developments are among listed activities that may not be undertaken without an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC).
