The purpose of the application is to obtained the Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism's approval for exemption of an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the: - subdivision of Erf 4171 Kuisebmond into Portions 1-26 and Remainder (Streets) and - rezoning of Portions 1-26 of Erf 4171 Kuisebmond from "Undetermined" to Light Industrial, Municipal Purposes, General Business, Local Business, Office, Institutional and Public Open Space".
