Abstract:

The proponent intends to rezone Erf 3108 from Government to Undetermined after which it will be subdivided into 12 Erven and Remainder. The proposed subdivision will create 11 Residential erven and 1 Public Open Space. The proposed subdivision will also provide for the creation of a 12-meter-wide street.
