The potential impacts associated with the dredging of marine phosphates from Mining Licence Area have been established during consultation with the specialist consultants, further, potential impacts were raised through the public consultation phase of the EIA1. The terms of reference for the work undertaken by the Specialist Consultants were modified where relevant to accommodate for additional concerns raised by I&APs.
