In July 2008, the Namibian Coast Conservation and Management Project (NACOMA) commissioned DHI Water & Environment to develop a user friendly, decision guiding and policy relevant Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the coastal zones of the Karas and Hardap regions of southern Namibia.
