Abstract:
This application for an ECC renewal relates to Kongola Service Station's intended ongoing activities. Operating a petrol filling station without an ECC is prohibited by the Environmental Management Act 7 of 2007 (Government Notice No. 29). The application is being submitted in order to meet the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007) and its 2012 regulations.
