We are holders of a communal land right, which landright we have now applied to the the traditional authority for it to be converted into a right of leasehold. the traditional authority granted consent for such application and now the application is pending before the hardap communal land board. the hardap communal land board, since one of our activities (very small scale overnight accomodation) falls under 'tourism' requires from us the applicants to submit an enviromental clearance certificate for such application to be considered
