Erf 6831 zoned "Local Business" measures approximately 7182 squares and is located in Extension 15, Ongwediva. The owner also referred to as the proponent intends to subdivide the Erf into eight portions, a remainder and a street. The proposed street creation with a width of 10m, is necessary to provide access to the newly created erven.
