The purpose of the application is to obtain the Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism's approval for exemption of an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the: - subdivision of Remainder Portion B of the Farm Walvis Bay Town and Townlands No. 1 into Portions 238-253 as well as Portion 254 and Remainder (Streets) and - rezoning of Portions 238-253 (Portions of Remainder Portion B) from "Undetermined" to Light Industrial.
