Abstract:

PowerCom (Pty) Ltd (PowerCom hereafter) proposes to erect a telecommunication tower on Erf 2423 Rundu Extension 3 in Rundu which aim to strengthen the coverage for mobile services, inclusive of voice and data services within the subject area. The environmental clearance certificate is for: 10.1 The construction of (g) masts of any material or type and of any height, including those used for telecommunication, broadcasting, and radio transmission.
