The overall performance of the 2015 SEMP showed an improvement compared to the preceding years. This is partly due to 23 indicators being rated NOT APPLICABLE (19%), either because the relevant activity did not take place in 2015 or because the required information was not collected and will not become available in future. Some of the latter indicators have in the past been rated NOT MET or NO DATA. In summary, 46% of the indicators were MET, 28% were IN PROGRESS, 2% EXCEEDED and 5% NOT MET.
